1. Using the website
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account or placing an order, and keep your password confidential.
- You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to access it without authorisation, or interfere with its operation.
- We may suspend accounts that are used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.
2. Orders
- An order is confirmed once the branch accepts it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, the branch is closed, or the order appears fraudulent. If you have already paid, you will receive a full refund.
- Menu items, availability and preparation times may vary by branch and time of day.
- Product photos are for illustration; the actual presentation may differ slightly.
- Please tell us about any allergies before ordering. Our products are prepared in kitchens that handle milk, nuts, gluten, eggs and other allergens, and we cannot guarantee that any item is allergen-free.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include or show applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) as required by Saudi regulations.
- Delivery fees and minimum order amounts (if any) are shown before you place your order.
- We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider.
- If a price is displayed incorrectly because of an error, we will contact you before preparing the order.
4. Pickup
Please collect your order from the selected branch at or after the ready time. Orders not collected within a reasonable time after they are ready may be discarded for food-safety reasons and may not be refunded.
5. Delivery
- Delivery is available only from branches that offer it and to the areas they serve. Delivery times are estimates.
- Please make sure the delivery address and phone number are correct and that someone is available to receive the order.
- If we cannot deliver because of an incorrect address or no one being available, the order may not be refunded.
6. Coupons, promotions and loyalty points
Coupons and promotions are subject to their own conditions (such as minimum order, validity dates and usage limits), cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn at any time. Loyalty points have no cash value and may be adjusted if an order is cancelled or refunded.

8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including the 12 Senses Coffee name, logo, text and images, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be used without our written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under Saudi law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Kingdom.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
