Our Story

12 Senses Coffee began with a simple idea: that a great cup of coffee should engage every sense — sight, smell, taste, touch, and sound — and a twelfth, unnamed sense of comfort that only a truly great café can offer.

What started as a single roastery in Seattle has grown into a small family of neighborhood cafés, each one built around the same values: quality beans, honest sourcing, and genuine hospitality.
